AUGUST 2012

we had quite a few fun adventures in august. one of our favorites was going to the discovery science center. It was an even better day because daddy got to come with us!

Madison loved all the sensory things to do.

 One of the things my family does every year is go to a fish fry put on by my grandfathers boy scout troop...its pretty safe to say that Madison's very favorite part of the fish fry was the corn. We had trouble getting it away from her.

 We also found out that Madison is going to have a sibling this month. we're very excited for her to have someone to play with, grow with, and love unconditionally. our new little addition will be here Around April 5, 2013

 we have been doing a scavenger hunt with our ward all summer and one of the fun things on the list was to make home made butter. here's a quick video of madison making homemade butter. we had lots of fun and really enjoyed the small family moments that this list has created.

Another one of those fun things on the list of things to do was to do a tour at the krispie kreme donut store where they make the donuts right in front of you

these are one of those moments that a mommy of a little girl is very excited for. Madison started to pretend to feed and take care of her "babies" (her monkeys)

One of the other end of summer traditions we try to do to support my sister's band at chino high school. they throw a spaghetti dinner every year to raise money for the kids. after the dinner the band puts on their field show for the audience. Madison loves her aunt Kelly more than anyone and was so excited when Kelly pulled her over the fence to come and play on the field with her.

JULY 2012

 4th of July Celebrations: breakfast and flag raising ceremony at church

 

 

 Then we headed for field of dreams park where they had TONS of things for the kids to do

 Later we met up with Kylie to do some more water playing

 they can be super cute together when they want to!

 a couple of randoms of me and madison...love this kid its like having a best friend!

Made our First Beach Trip of the year

 She did much better when daddy took her near the water then when mommy did. apparently she trusts him more and that's okay!

 

 

 She was even willing to play in the sand some which was great because for Madison to touch anything that is texturally wired is abnormal...she just doesn't like it!

When i said Madison and Kylie like to be together i wasnt kidding we spend a lot of time with the Markarians and its super fun!  she also loves loves loves her auntie Kelly more then her mom or her dad haha!
