Ward Christmas Party

Christmas stories before the party got started.
they had a make your own Christmas cookie station for the kids the one on the top is madisons
and he was super proud of his own cookies...and the small pile of mini m&ms were ones he picked off to eat and not have to eat the cookie.

after lots of food and a little coaxing I actually got a decent photo of the kids with santa and nobody was crying.

notice the elsa doll in madison's arms...she's had it in her arms since she got it...she even sleeps with it.

Elsa's come to my birthday party

I wanted to throw madison a little birthday party that wasnt too crazy so I did it the easy way. I hired someone else! This girl did an amazing job she had tons of activities for the kids to do.

First up crowning of the princess Madison
which she totally loved!

I loved all the personalized attention that she gave madison but was also very attentive with all the other girls as well.
The arts and crafts filled with glitter, jem stones, and Markers were right up madison's alley

After the arts and crafts elsa took the girls outside to play with a parachute. all the kids got a big kick out of this!

Then elsa did story time with the girls and read her the story of how she became queen of AQrendale. during the story she sang several songs for the girls and I was glad but shocked that Madison stayed and listened to the whole story and the songs quietly.

after we did some awesome pictures with elsa and the girls even did individuals which came out super cute

Madison was just completely swoon by the whole thing which makes her mommy's heart happy. Madison repeated the phrase "elsa come to my birfday party" for WEEKS after.

Madison's Birthday Week

On her actual birthday auntie Kelly brought her her very own cupcake.

The morning of her birthday celebration we got cupcakes for breakfast and then that night we took her to grazziano's pizza (not what i wanted but my family refused to go where Madison wanted so we decided on pizza) for her dinner Madison got to make her own pizza and put it in the oven.

Then we opened the gifts had some yummy cake and enjoyed the evening playing all the fun video games.

And of course the kid who cant get enough anna and elsa was absolutely floored by all the anna and elsa stuff everyone got her. The big hit was the singing snow glow elsa doll that mommy drove 50 miles to get for her since they were sold out everywhere! Sadly I didn't get any pictures of her opening it because Caleb decided to be CRAZY!

Favorite November Pictures

He is a serious Climber! and it makes mommy crazy!

I cannot keep pants on this child!

Caleb had a fight with the coffee table and the coffee table won! I debated taking him to the ER because the cut was pretty deep. I decided against it and now i regret that because he's got a nice big mouth scar.
Madison was fighting sleep and refused to take a nap...this was 15 minutes later!
The one time in 30 days they played nice with each other.
they loved pretending to doing daddy's hair that he doesn't have.

Tree Decorating

My Absolute favorite family tradition: the tree decorating and the start of all of our festivities for the Christmas season.

Madison did a great job this year she did alot of the decorating all by herself!

Caleb got a little help from daddy putting his bulbs on the tree.
He also got the honor of putting the star onto of the tree.

Thanksgiving 2014

Yay for thanksgiving and the opportunity to remember what we are thankful for and why. We loved that we got to spend it with so much family.

Our thankful wall was by far my favorite part of thanksgiving. every night after dinner each one of us wrote down something we were thankful for during the whole month of November. I loved watching the wall fill up so fast with all the different things we were thankful for.

LOL kids club

We had plans to go to sea world and drove 1/2 way there all packed up and ready to go only to find out that we (as in the lame parents) left the tickets at home. Madison was so upset when we told her she cried all the way home so we decided to stop at one of the kids favorite play places to let them burn some energy. The kids had a ball and by the end of the day they had completely forgotten about the missed day at sea world.
